Bio

Caspa Clark grew up with music at the center of his life, thanks to his father, a passionate music enthusiast. From a young age, he became fascinated by the intricate workings of instruments and songwriting. One day, Caspa discovered the soundtrack to a hip-hop movie called Bullworth. He popped the cassette into his portable tape recorder—what people used for music back then—and instantly fell in love with hip-hop. It felt like he had finally found something that truly captured his heart and imagination.

But life wasn't easy for Caspa. After a series of unfortunate events, he became a ward of the state and spent the rest of his childhood in foster care. During those difficult years, music was his refuge. He found joy in writing lyrics and rapping over beats, even if it meant making rhythms by drumming on tables or trash can lids. He performed in talent shows and used every spare moment to immerse himself in the world of rap.

As life in the group home grew more challenging, especially with the constant medication, Caspa decided to take matters into his own hands. He fled, living as a drifter, traveling across the country with just a backpack. He hitched free rides by hopping freight trains and supported himself by playing guitar at music festivals. His guitar became the backdrop for his lyrics, and he used the money he made from performing to buy food, weed, and other necessities. Every year, he traveled to Northern California to work as a trimmer on marijuana farms, earning just enough to get by through the winter.

Eventually, his life took a dramatic turn when he found out that a woman he met on the road was pregnant with his child. With his son, Railin Watson, on the way, Caspa knew he had to make a change. He left his transient lifestyle behind and focused on being a responsible father. Though this shift brought joy, the routine of a 9-5 job started to wear on him. Caspa knew something was missing—his passion for music had taken a back seat.

Determined to reclaim his artistic dream, Caspa began investing in a home studio, slowly purchasing one piece of equipment at a time. While working as a delivery driver for FedEx, he made the most of his time, listening to YouTube tutorials, audiobooks, and anything else that would teach him how to record and produce his music.

Through social media, Caspa began networking with other creatives, navigating the challenges of the online music scene. His perseverance paid off when he connected with award-winning producers dedicated to giving independent artists a platform. He started investing in industry-standard beats and collaborating with hip-hop legends like Ghostface killah, and many more  members of legendary  Wu-Tang Clan, The Game, Lil Wayne, Redman, Method Man, and more.
